Being historically underserved, the Kashmere Gardens community offer diverse opportunities for new businesses, food provision, transportation, and more to create value.
HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT
$340M in property values along with $3.4M in monthly costs (1%), home/property ownership in the garden communities is a substantial long-term economic strategy.
EMERGENCY HELP
Post Hurricane Harvey and the 2021 winter outbreak. Over $1B, the most costly in Texas history, emergency centers are a permanent civic service opportunity.
COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERISM
Community Volunteering is the way in which a group of individuals from a community partake in social, charitable and environmental activities on a voluntary basis.
